Delete Your GetLWL Account & Data

If you want to delete your GetLWL account and personal data, please follow the steps below. We will remove your account and associated personal information in line with our data retention policy.

How to Request Deletion

• Send an email to delete-account@getlwl.com.
• Use the same email address you used to register your GetLWL account, or clearly state the registered email in your message.
• Include a short note that you want your account and data deleted.

Once we verify your request, we will delete your account and associated personal data, subject to any legal retention requirements. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the deletion is completed.
